How do I do some App Troubleshooting?

Below are some troubleshooting steps which should help resolve common application issues:
· Check the App Store/Play Store and make sure the ZuriTap app is up to date.
· Close completely out of the app.
· Log out and log back into the app.
· Restart your phone.
· App permissions should be set to allow ZuriTap access.
· Location services should be turned on.
· Check your cell service. Switch from Wi-Fi to a cellular network if necessary.
· Uninstall and reinstall the app completely.

Can I book more than one chore at a time?
- Yes, you can book and schedule more than one service at the same time.

How do I book a job at a different address or for someone else?

Before you book a provider, you can change the location for the service, tap on the address and the app will let you change it to whatever address you want the provider to go to.
On the main page you can select the service and a list for all the providers in that area or location will be shown.

How does the star rating system work?

We use a two-way star rating system.
Both the provider and customer rate each other. At the end of a job, you and the customer are prompted to rate each other on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, 5 being the best.
We would like to know why a customer or provider rated anything less than a 4 or 5, so please give us your feedback so we can work to make our platform fun to use for everyone!
We understand that sometimes people are rated poorly who might not deserve it, for example if you rightfully declined to complete a job you deemed unsafe. If you do feel that you have been rated unfairly, please take a moment to tell us about it at support@zuritap.com.

How do I choose a Provider?
- After you select a category and service, you will choose from more than 10 Providers that are in close proximity from the location where you are ordering the service. You can select a Provider for your service or job based on customer rating, location, bio line, and profile picture and also based on the number of jobs that the provider has completed.

When are Providers available?
- Providers are available depending on their work schedules. When requesting the service, you can tell whose online because their profiles will show as “Book NOW”. Otherwise you can request to schedule a service with them with “Book Later”.

Who do I contact if I have questions about a job?

If you have any questions regarding the details of a job that are not listed within the ZuriTap app, you can reach out to the customer by starting a message chat that is built with in the app or view details and then call the customer in app.

- First of all download the ZuriTap user application from the Appstore. After installing go to the signup page and fill out the required details.
