Having trouble with the ZuriTap app on your Android? Most issues can be solved with these general troubleshooting options.

Make sure your software is up to date. You'll need Android version 4.4 or higher. 

Are you using the right app?

There are two ZuriTap apps — one for customers and one for service providers who want to get hired.

Sign out and sign back in

Sometimes signing out of the app and signing back in can clear up an issue. You’ll see the option to sign out by opening our app and going to your Settings. Then sign back in with your email/ phone number and password.

Update the app

You can update the app from the Google Play store by following these steps:

  1. Open the Google Play store from your device.
  2. Tap the three-bar menu to access your Play Store settings.
  3. Tap My apps and games.
  4. Check the Updates tab for available updates.

Close and reopen the app

  1. Tap the recent apps button to see a list of your running apps (the location varies based on your device).
  2. Swipe right or left on the ZuriTap app to quit and close it.
  3. Reopen and use as normal.

Clear cache and data

  1. Open your phone settings.
  2. Select application manager or apps (the location and name vary based on your device).
  3. Find and select the ZuriTap app.
  4. Tap clear cache.
  5. Tap clear data.
  6. Reopen the app (you’ll need to sign in again) and use as normal.

iPhone app

Having trouble with the ZuriTap app on your iPhone? Most issues can be solved with these general troubleshooting options.

Are you using the right app

Sign out and sign back in

Sometimes signing out of the app and signing back in can clear up an issue. You’ll see the option to sign out by opening our app and going to your Settings. Then sign back in with your email/ mobile  and password.

Update the app

You can update the app in the Apple App store by following these steps:

  1. Open the App store from your device.
  2. Tap the Updates.
  3. Scroll to find the ZuriTap app and tap Update.

Close and reopen the app

  1. Double-press the Home button on your Apple device to bring up the app manager.
  2. Swipe up on the ZuriTap app to quit and close.
  3. Reopen the app.

Uninstall and download the app

  1. Press and hold your finger on the app you want to uninstall.
  2. Tap the X that appears on the app.
  3. Press the Home button to exit the app editing mode (your app icons will stop shaking).
  4. Pick an option below to download the app:
    1. For service pros
    2. For customers
